Cedar Cliff Bonfire

On October 1st, Lower Allen Fire Company assisted Cedar Cliff High School with their annual Bonfire. Crews stood by during the event and maintained a safe area around the fire. While on this detail, other members were completing training events, while yet other Lower Allen crews were handling a fire alarm.

MVA on Rt 581

Laundry Room Fire at SCIC

Just after Midnight, Company 12 along with mutual aid units were dispatched to the Camp Hill Prison for a fire in the Laundry Room. Once in the facility, crews found two laundry carts charred by fire. The sprinkler system extinguished the fire prior to FD arrival. After some minor overhaul, crews returned.

Bellevue Road Fire

Truck 12 was sent to the scene of two involved duplexes in the Allison Hill section of the city of Harrisburg. Crews worked to clear the second floor of 1926 Bellevue before returning. LAFD was on scene for approximately 2 hours with many other units from the East and West Shore.
