Wednesday evening, County dispatched for a house fire in the 12-04 box. Chief 1-12 and Tanker 24 (in the area for fuel) arrived on scene and found a two story residential home with a working fire. Engines 22, 1-12, and Truck 12 arrived on scene and advanced lines. The fire was quickly found to be originating from the basement. Lines were advanced to the basement. Chief 1-12 requested RIT and 2nd alarm. Crews remained on scene until about 2030 hrs.
